Hi there, I’m Dennis Mitchell and I am the manager at The Great Escape in Mishawaka. I’ve worked for The Great Escape for 14 years now and in that time I’ve become certified in selling Brunswick Billiards, American Heritage Billiards, Natural Chemistry and Precor Fitness products. I’ve also got a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. My personal product specialty is pools and spas. I love that we have the best brand names in each industry and I can’t wait to show you what I know and help you pick out the right pool or spa for you. What’s the best part of my job? I love when a customer comes in and tells me that an issue we were working on together has been successfully resolved. Sometimes it was something as small as water chemistry, other times their pool was damaged. The appreciation on their faces in the end is worth the price of admission alone. To make shopping here great for my customers, I treat them like guests! I’m here to make them comfortable in their purchase and to know that we will be here if and when the need arises.

I’m more than just my job! I love the Blackhawks and Bears. My wife and I attend as many games as we can get our hands on. Seriously! I am a big sports guy. I love to watch and to play. I’m also a very big Notre Dame fan.
