Hi, I’m Frank Gaudio and I am the regional manager for The Great Escape in Schaumburg and Batavia. I’ve been working in retail for over 20 years, but was drawn to this family-owned and operated company 14 years ago, because of just that: my crew is my family!

We’ve been together through company growth as well as some not-so-great economic times, but through it all, there’s no other place in this industry I would rather call home. The best part of my job is client interaction.

I truly love the process of helping people find the right product after they describe their perfect retreat. I’m more than just a guy who sells pools, though!

In my spare time, I’m an avid fitness enthusiast. If I’m not at work, you can probably find me at the gym. Or with a bottle of vino! Though I’m no sommelier, I do make and bottle my own wine. I admit, my background in water chemistry from all my years of treating pool water has definitely helped!

What’s my secret to creating a great shopping experience? One word: listening. We have two ears and only one mouth, because we are supposed to listen twice as much as we talk! I think the number of repeat customers we see is proof for our approach.
