Hi there, I’m Dan Arthur and I’m the manager at the Algonquin The Great Escape. My 15 years with The Great Escape comes with several certificates of training from Brunswick Billiards, Jacuzzi and Sundance Spas, among others. My specialty is water products. I am very well-versed in pools and hot tubs.

I love what we sell, because it’s the cream of the crop. With big names like Brunswick, Jacuzzi, Aqua Leader, Tropitone, and Precor, we can sell proudly and with confidence. The fact that we service all of our products is a huge benefit to customers. Between our quality products and great service, we have generated a phenomenal repeat business and that brings me great satisfaction.

The best part of my job is getting to talk with (and hopefully helping) a wide variety of people. And that’s how I make the experience great for my customers. I take great satisfaction when I can actually solve a problem for a customer, or at least put them on the right path to get their problem solved and they really appreciate it.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar and singing, hitting the links, watching hockey (or should I say, "Hawkey". Go Hawks!) and spending time with my family.
