Rick Seifert here, and I’m the General Manager at the Merrillville The Great Escape. I’ve worked with the company for 16 years now and my product specialties are pools, spas, patio furniture and pool tables. I love the products we sell at The Great Escape because it’s all the fun stuff! These are the items that put a smile on everyone’s face and I hope to put one on yours too. The best part of my job is making a friend for life! Customers enter my store for a product and leave as friends. We start with a smile and a warm greeting. Then we simply LISTEN. We show them the products that will make them happy and follow up each sale with the very best customer service in the industry. |

If you want to know the most important thing about The Great Escape, it’s that we’re family-owned. We think that tells you a lot about how we operate and explains how we’ve been in business for over 40 years. It also helps that we specialize in fun, or everything you want and nothing you need!
Here at the Merrillville location, we’ve got a full-time sales team with over 80 years of combined experience and it shows: we really try to give everyone that comes through the door the best customer experience each and every time. But don’t just think it’s only our fulltime staff that’s awesome, our part-time crew is just as friendly and well-trained to assist with any needs, as well.
